Here are two samples of cards we will be making in October.
The sunburst card is a fun way to use different patterned paper and get a great look. We will be using the Sangria patterned paper from Close to my Heart to make the above card. You can see more by going over to my CTMH website.
The sentiments on the card are from the August Stamp of the Month-FRAMED. There are a lot of sentiments and frames on this set and you will be able to mix and match, however pleases you. We will be also using some of our new Shimmer trim, which comes in 13 colors!
The second card we will making is the "Windowpane" card. It is a fun card, that looks like it took a lot of work, but with the technique I am going to teach you, you will be wanting to make more of these.
The third card is still in progress, so it will be a surprise! Class dates for October are:

Summer is here! Gardens are planted. This month we will be making cards using the "Taste of Summer" paper from The Taste of Summer Campaign. The vibrant colors in this paper packet made it fun to design these cards.
The "Simply Sublime" card is made using the tri-fold method and it is a new technique that we will be learning in class this month. I used the strawberry paper for this card. The "Orange You Sweet" and "Pucker Up" cards are made using those fun, vibrant papers that match their sentiment. We also will be using the new Shimmer Trim white and purple on these cards to give them some glitter.

IT'S A GUY THING
Next month is Father's Day so, I decided it would be fun to make some cards for the men in our lives. As always, the wording can be changed to fits your needs, such as "Father's Day", "Birthday", or "Just thinking of you". Thanks to Gail Gross for sharing her "Hats off Card" design with me.
I finally got to use our new paper packet "Jackson" for these two cards. Love this paper!
I used April's SOTM(Stamp of the month)S1504 set to create this card. We embossed the typewriter with a bronze color.
The third card was just a simple way of layering the papers, dovetailing some cardstock. I feel like it came out simple and manly.
FRIENDS & MOTHERS
In April we used one of Close to my Heart's Workshops on the Go Cardmaking kits-Blossom.(G1095)
These kits are so wonderful, because they come with everything you need to create the cards.
We used the Blossom B&T Duos papers. Pear, White Daisy, and Kraft cardstock. The Coral Reef Sequins(Z3042) and Glacier Extra Thick Twine(Z3039).
March's class was a lot of fun! We made these three spring cards along with a fun little gift bag filled with jelly beans.
We used the following stamp sets to create the cards above. Capture the Day(A1165), Tweet Me(B1457), A Little Note(A1171). We used colored pencils and Itty Bitty Sparkles(Z1263)
To make this fun gift bag, I used the Hopping By(D1633) stamp set from our Seasonal Expressions 1 Ideal Book. I used our ShinHan Touch Twin Markers to color in the stamped image. We tried not to eat too many jelly beans!
